Sandy and Doug are true professionals. Extremely knowledgeable and forthright about the market and have an excellent eye for value properties. They were a pleasure to work with and would absolutely recommend their services for anyone looking to purchase a home in the South Bay.

Sold a home in 2012.
I have purchase and sold several homes from Doug and Sandy, I consider myself a small time Real Estate Investor and try to flip 1 or 2 homes a year. The Sorrento Team has located the property's for me to purchase, represented me as a Buyers Agent when I purchased them, advised me on what I needed to do to fix them up and sell them and then represented me as a Sellers Agent when I sold them. Follow their advise and you will make some money, I did!

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2010.
John, Sandy and Doug at Sorento Properties did a fabulous job for me with the listing and showing of my 10 acre lot in Saratoga. They gave me honest, demonstrable advice and guidance on pricing the lot for sale by providing extensive research of comparable sales data and other pertinent information specifically directed towards real estate development.
They developed elaborate marketing brochures of the listing, actively advertised and showed my lot to many prospective purchasers. They ultimately brought me an offer that might well have been workable had my financial reasons for selling not changed.
I ultimately decided to keep the property to develop it on my own but should that situation change, I'll be sure hire the Sorento Team to sell it again. Clarence

Showed home in 2012 in San Jose, CA.
I first met John & Sandy and Doug a few months ago. The first feeling I got was that they were very Honest and Forthcoming. Having done business with them for the last 6 months I now realize my gut was right. They have never steered me wrong. They continue to surpass my expectations. They are very knowledgeable and Great Negotiators. Even though I have yet to purchase a property from them, I will continue to use them for all my real estate needs.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Campbell, CA.
I sold my home and purchased my next home with the Sorrento Team, and later they represented my daughter in her first home purchase. I would highly recommend Doug and Sandy to first time home buyers, move up buyer and sellers, they really care and you can see it every step along the way. There were a few buyer hitches with the sale of my house, but they were never a real issue, they always kept us informed and were always on top of the problem until it was resolve. I felt like they were in my corner, working for our best interest. Overall, I give the Sorrento team a five star rating for treating my financial well being like it was their very own.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Campbell, CA.
I bought my Campbell home from the Sorrento Team last year, Doug is very knowledgeable a great negotiator and I really feel like I purchase the house I wanted at a great price. I was a new home buyer and a little nervous, Doug was so patient and explained the entire process step by step and educated me along the way. I hope to move up to a larger home in a few years and would not consider using anyone else. These guys are great.

I met Sandy and John Armando through a mutual friend. Their professionalism with the Sorrento Team convinced me to have them assist me finding a home in San Jose, CA. They both expressed and displayed that my want and needs of finding a home was a high priorty.
Not only did they show homes of areas I was interested, but also took into account the reality of what homes I may possibly qualify for. I felt comfortable in discussing my budget concerns with them. They were selective in showing homes that fit my needs and my financial situation.
Although I chose not to move to San Jose, I would certainly hire them for any future real estate needs.

Doug and Sandy's honest assistance was invaluable. They made the process of home hunting a pleasure! The call backs were always timely. When we wanted to see a property, they were available and accommodating to our schedule. We never felt pressure to do the wrong thing and really trusted them- in fact they helped steer us to homes that were a better fit than we imagined. They are the best agents we have ever worked with!
