A Broker's license requires approximately four times the education required for a Sales License. The Broker's State Exam is more comparable to passing the State Bar Exam to be an attorney than that of a Sales License. All sales licensees must be employed by a Broker and have all negotiations and advertising reviewed by a Broker. So in other words, he is required to know a great deal more about the industry than that of a sales person and is held to a higher standard in professional practice and ethics.

Shaun Alston is also a member of the Masters Club which means he is in the top 10% in Real Estate Sales in the state of California. This means to you that he does far more volume than most agents, so he is much more in touch with the latest market trends and is often brought aware of new properties becoming available to the market before other agents and the general public. He is also sought out by repossession entities such as HUD, VA and Banks to always be current of their repossession inventories. Shaun sells more HUD Repo's than any other agent because he is determined to make the best values available to his clients. He prefers that his clients be Pre-Approved prior to searching for homes because the repossession entities will not accept offers unless they are accompanied by a Pre-Approval letter. Also on the other hand if you so choose to put in an offer on a home other than a repossession home, the Listing Agent you are sending your offer to 90% of the time will ask for the Pre-Approval letter to accompany the offer you are sending. This is just one of many strong negotiating tactics Shaun displays when representing you.

In Shaun's previous career he was a General Contractor. We won Contractor Of The Year (COTI) three times from the National Association of Remodelers(NARI). With Shaun's previous career as a General Contractor it comes with ease when viewing a property to point out any deficiencies that may be used when negotiating the offer price on your future home. The strongest attributes Shaun holds would be using his knowledge, education and experience to negotiate the very best deal on a home, and get it, for the lowest possible sales price.

Shaun was a lifesaver in the process of selling my fourplex. His excellent marketing skills and programs were instrumental in keeping buyers interested in the property. He was able to convince buyers of the positive attributes of the property in spite of very difficult tenants. This property was in and out of escrow four times, due to tenant issues. Shaun never gave up and eventually was successful in selling the property. I wouldn't use anyone but Shaun for any future Real Estate transactions.

Sold a home in 2014 in Alder Creek, Folsom, CA 95630.

Shaun and his staff have done a great job for my wife and myself. They have helped us buy a single family rental in Sacramento, helped us sell and buy our primary home in Folsom. They were always there to answer questions and were very diligent in getting the business done in a professional manner. Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $150K in Swanston Estates, Sacramento, CA.

Shaun Alston has sold many homes to my friends and family. However, being that I was young single woman with a child, I hadn’t really thought of home ownership as being an option for me. I met with his loan officer anyway though and it turned out that, despite my worries—I was qualified to buy a house after all! Shaun and his team had their work cut out for them though. My transaction was not an easy one by any measure. They never gave up on me though. There was a point where I started to lose hope, thinking my own personal and financial burdens were going to bring everything that Eagle Realty and Landmark Mortgage had worked so hard for to a screeching halt. But just when all was lost, Shaun and his office revived what anyone else might’ve left for dead. His experience, tenacity, and optimism saw me through the biggest emotional roller coaster and greatest accomplishment of my life. I don’t believe anyone else could’ve done what they did. So now, I am recommending Eagle Realty to all my friends, whether they are in the market to buy, or just thinking about buying.
