Showed home in 2012 in Lafayette, CO.
Adam recently represented my fiance and I though a very difficult home purchasing process. Just about everything that could have gone wrong did (none of which was Adam's fault). In the end, the deal fell through, which was probably all for the best. However, Adam handled this tricky and emotional situation amazingly well. We always felt that he was 100% in our corner, looking out for us, and fighting for our best interests. With Adam, you never feel like you're getting a "hard sell" or being "schmoozed." He will listen to you to figure out what YOU want and then he will do everything in his power to get you to closing day. When we have the courage to try buying again, we will absolutely be calling Adam - and we recommend that you do the same!

Adam Micheli made my purchasing a home easy with less stress.
Financial Changes: He kept me informed with each financial change with the property. The changes with covering the FHA guidelines for approving the property. Helping me with pre-qualifications for FHA. Negotiations on the lower price due to the value of the property. Saving me over $12,000.00 on buying the property.
Reporting about Property Damaged: He worked close with the seller agent regarding a broken water pipe repairs on the main level. The repairs were done in a timely manner. He handled all the problems and kept me informed on the repairs and my options regarding the property.
