Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Bedford, NH.
Donna is very special to my wife and me. She ensured that we understood the contract and walked with us through the process of buying our first home. She worked behind the scenes ensuring the inspection was done, the mortgage was on the time line I can't say enough about Donna. I don't be that I would have gotten my home hassel free.

Bought a Condo home in 2007 in Roslindale, Boston, MA.
Donna was very professional throughout the home buying process, both the way she presented herself and the way she made a anxiety prone process seem so easy.
She was punctual, did exactly what she promised and went above and beyond more than once. Best part she was only a phone call away.

Sold a home in 2011.
Donna Geihe has been my real estate agent of choice for multiple years. She is an extremely talented realtor. She has several key attributes that all contribute to her successful management of her clients needs. She is professional, very experienced, and knowledgeable. She is highly responsive and upbeat, maintaining an optimistic demeanor no matter the situation.
My personal situation was emotionally difficult, stressful and prolonged. Donna was there for me every step of the way. She successfully negotiated with my very difficult and unresponsive bank for a short sale settlement. I don't believe it would have been successful without her representation. I am so very thankful she was my Realtor, she is definitely the best!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Newton, NH.
Donna was our sellers broker for our home. She did a market analysis and suggested our asking price. As a result of her knowledge of the market, her suggestions resulted in the sale of our house in one day. Her follow up with the buyers resulted in a smooth closing. Final bank appraisal was right where Donna suggested. We would use her services again for sure!

We worked with Donna to make an offer on a house in southern NH.. she was not only a delight to work with, but also she clearly knows her stuff. We were making an offer on a short-sale house and she went to bat for us and got us our price, helping us "beat the bank!" And the fact that she works as a team with another real estate agent meant that there was always someone available to help us. We couldn't be happier with the service we received.
