I just finished transactions #6 (sell) and #7 (buy) with Kathy and Terry over the past 18 years. I know from experience that no matter what a transaction spits out, they will handle it. And once again they exceeded expectations.<br/><br/>Terry, with his amazing analytical skills, is a master at pricing to sell. It may not be what you wished you would get, especially these days, but it is the price that will be supported by the market and sell your house. Too many deals fall apart at appraisal...you gotta have the comps. Terry is also a master at pre-sales improvements - what really sticks out as "tired" and what will make a house zing!.<br/><br/>Kathy, with her abundant enthusiasm and relentless attention to detail, is a force to be reckoned with. If she is not busy reporting out to you, she is behind the scenes making 42 phone calls to ensure your deal works. She knows her markets...gets to know her clients...goes to EVERY inspection and EVERY closing...and works behind the scene to smooth out bumps you didn't even know existed. Her most value add is in the stuff you don't see....smoothing waters, resolving questions, following up. <br/><br/>Bonnie, who never gets the spotlight, also deserves a lot of praise. She keeps Kathy on track, makes sure every T is crossed and i dotted, does great marketing work, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Not an easy task - kind of like herding cats. <br/><br/>All together, a great team backed up by a great support team...the stager, the handidude, the electrician, the plumber...the radon guy....the bug guy... Kathy has a stable of experts ready to solve problems that are magically instantly available and reasonably priced. <br/><br/>Kathy, Terry, Bonnie - love the new house. We all know it is "temporary" - I will be selling in 8-10 years - and you know who I will go to....again.<br/><br/>Thanks
