Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Brookhaven, Atlanta, GA.
We used Nina Harris for the purchase of our home and the rental of our previous home. We had a wonderful experience with Nina and her entire team. We found Nina to be highly knowledgeable about the greater Atlanta real estate market and the specific areas we were looking. We also appreciated her honesty and immense patience with us as buyers and the sellers we were involved with. The whole process took us over a year- and we were sad when it was over because we enjoyed dealing with NIna so much! I would highly recommend her and the Suits team to anyone in the Atlanta area for all of their real estate neeeds.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Chamblee, GA.
Nina helped my husband and I sell our house in a situation that was not ideal. Our house was among many in the neighborhood for sale, we were ready to move across the country to pursue job opportunities and wanted to sell quickly, and housing prices had not fully rebounded. Nina's expertise, contacts and advice helped us prepare and price the home to make it as appealing as possible. As a result, we were able to sell the home in about a month, which was ideal for our situation.
As part of the process, Nina started out by setting clear expectations for us, which helped immensely. During the sale/negotiation process, she kept us informed and worked very closely with the buying agent to come to a contract that was mutually beneficial. The closing process was swift and flawless.
We couldn't be happier with the process. Nina and the Suits team were great to work with and I would highly recommend them!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Dunwoody, GA.
Nina represented my wife and I on a recent home purchase, and we couldn't be happier. In particular, Nina was incredibly responsive to our requests and understood the sense of urgency in the transaction. In addition, she was very helpful in preparing the necessary real estate contracts, and was very keen on protecting our interests. Bought a home in 2012.
Nina worked with us for close to a year and never seemed to loose her fervor or passion for getting us into our first place! We were only in the market for an entry-level condo and I'm sure we were only one of Nina's "small fish" but you'd never know it from how professional, thorough, and on top of everything as she was. (and so sweet and friendly) My wife and I couldn't recommend Nina more strongly!

Nina Harris & The Suits Team helped us buy our new home and sell our old home this past year. We found the perfect house after patiently looking for a few months for the right place. The process was smooth, the team was professional and responsive and got the job done quickly - we could not have been happier! The selling process - from staging and listing to closing went just as well. We sold to the first person who looked and Nina was persistent to get an agreement that was fair. Nina knows the intown market well, which helped tremendously in narrowing down the field when searching for the right home, and has a great network of professionals and service providers who helped throughout the process. We recommend The Suits Team without hesitation to anyone who asks, and some who don't!
They provided a home staging consultant which gave us the tips needed to make our home look good. With that and their ability to bring buyers to our house was what help ed it sell so fast and for the price we wanted!
