Marc and Ken were always professional, efficient and attentive. Thanks to them, what I anticipated being complicated and difficult turned out to be a quick and smooth running procedure. Would highly recommend using them and their expertise.

Met agent and expressed interest in a home he listed. after we met I called him numerous times and left many messages for him to put an offer on the house. Agent never even bothered to call back. It sounds like he got other offers so he didn't bother to return my call. Not an ethical or reliable agent, and this is not what buyers deserve.

Marc Tahler is an amazing agent. I couldn't have asked for better service. Marc consistently went above and beyond what was required of him to make sure we were happy. If I could give six stars for his negotiating skills I would. His represented us zealously from the moment we started looking to the day we closed escrow. Marc Tahler sold my property for within 5% of my listed price. I have thought highly enough of both Marc Tahler and Ken Zietz that I recommended them to several friends. Two of my colleagues sold their homes with Marc and Ken acting as brokers, and received close to their asking price through the excellent marketing and negotiating that Marc brought to the table.
