While pricing your home properly is a key aspect of selling your home, having a representative capable of actually selling your home is probably more important. I interviewed several agents prior to listing my home, and Shannon was the only agent that was not recommending a low ball price just to make the sale easy for the agent. We finally decided to list the home at the upper end of the price range we both agreed was the sellable range of the home, and Shannon sold the home in about 2 weeks! Her management of the closing process was outstanding as well. You didn't have to worry about much if anything. She took care of everything.
