We began working with John as of May 2013 when we were first introduced to John from our outstanding Realtor represented by Coldwell Banker. Not only was John extremely dedicated to providing us with unbelievable customer service, he was also quite knowledge and well-informed concerning all real estate financial matters. We worked with John from May to October 2013 and he was always there for us as our initial contract fell through due to a low appraisal and a stubborn seller. John Shea was consistently flexible and often made time to discuss finances on the phone in any given weekend. John even would make time to send me text messages on financing while attending a weekend NFL football game!
John was able to help us through to having our very first home and we could not be any more grateful. He would constantly educate us and while allowing us to learn alongside him as we were completely new to the process. I could not have been more impressed with not only his awareness, but his determination to give us the best deal possible. We got the house we wanted for less and John provided us with lender credits to assist us in the down payment on the home. John was critical in giving us our pre-approval and to then reach a manageable down payment and related closing costs.

I was first introduced to John from a very well respected Realtor. Not only was John knowledge, informative, reliable and extremely available but he was considerate, caring and a true professional.
