This was my first experience buying a home and Maggie was great! It truly was a pleasure working with Maggie; she was pleasant and professional from the first time we met. What stood out to me especially was her work ethic - she really put in the time to get to know me and find the right home in the right neighborhood that matched my budget and lifestyle.

Working with a tight time frame, we got together multiple times a week to view new homes and discuss making offers. She always made herself available to meet and take a second (or third) look at a property. Maggie had a good understanding of where the market was heading, and because of this I felt comfortable with her guidance making offers. She would always pull up comparable sales in the area and neighborhood data for that extra reassurance that I was making the right decision.

The entire home-buying experience was a new one for me, but Maggie was great at answering my questions. The closing process was a particularly busy time, but she was always prompt in replying to emails and returning phone calls during those busy few weeks. It was great to know that Maggie and her team were there at any time, and that they were really invested in getting me into the right home.
