This was the seventh home we have bought and by far the easiest and most pleasant experience we have had, in large part due to CJ. She showed us a few homes before "getting us" and then almost immediately found us the perfect home. After finding the right home we were outbid, but she was able to promote us as first back up offer, despite higher bids than ours and after the first offer fell through our offer was accepted. She is an amazing negotiator. She is absolutely current on the market trends, the pitfalls, possibilities and definite maneuvers. Throughout going into contract, inspections and closing she was right beside us negotiating and mediating. She is by far the best Agent we have ever had.

Besides her expertise and business acumen, she is an amazing person with excellent costumer service and people skills. Prompt responses to calls, calm and flexible demeanor, great listener and did I mention she is excellent at negotiation and mediation. She's so good! Her community connections with Novato run deep and she is incredibly knowledgeable regarding resources, references and recommendations. She even helped in the process of renting out our other property.
