Bought a home in 2012.
CJ was a amazing in helping us to find the right home. We bought in San Anselmo in June of 2012 during a time of relatively low supply and high demand. We had very specific requirements and she helped us stay on track when it seemed like we would have to compromise. After viewing a particular home 8-10 times we finally decided to go into contract. She was crucial to the negotiation process and in finding the right inspectors to ensure no stone was left unturned. After the sale she continued to work with us finding us excellent contractors, painters, and a designer. I regularly consulted with her during an extensive remodel that lasted 8 months. In addition to being an expert realtor I truly felt that she cared about us and understood the importance of such a big decision. I give CJ my highest recommendation to anyone purchasing a home in Marin County.

Bought a Single Family home in 2005 for approximately $900K in Novato, CA.
As a first time home buyer, I was unfamiliar with the whole process from lenders, inspections to closings. CJ was wonderful from start-to-finish. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and informative while doing it a relaxed yet professional style. Her low-pressure and warm style gave me the comfortable feeling that she was trying to help me find a home instead of trying to sell me a house. She clearly was invested in me buying a satisfied home buyer. I would wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend her to friends and family! The next time I'm going to buy or sell a home I'll definitely go back to her!

Upon meeting Cj Spielman at an open house in a few years ago, we developed a business relationship that we are grateful for to this day.
We really appreciate all that she's done for us, including advocating for an aging parent in a dispute with a local HMO, and helping us sell a difficult property, among others.
Let me say this about CJ: She is ON it! She takes care of business, and gets the job done. She returns calls immediately, attends to emails as quick as a wink, and is always pleasant and upbeat. She is friendly, yet professional, and is dedicated to getting the job done. Her work ethic and integrity are second to none. She is the kind of skilled negotiator whom I am glad to have on our side.
To sum up: In the area of personal customer service, she is outstanding. You couldn't find a better real estate agent or mediator, in our opinion(s).

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $850K in Novato, CA.
CJ helped us purchase our home in 2005. Regretfullly, we then had to sell it in 2012. For various reasons, we had 3 offers in the first 3 months, each time the buyer backing out at the last minute. Finally, in the 4th month, the transaction and sale were consumated. Through out the process, CJ was available, creative, market savvy and brought professionalism to the table - 4 times! What more can be said about this agent other than she believes in her work, her client and her abilities to deliver. She even was there at the 11th hour to pack up the last remaining items on move day. Thank you CJ.

Bought a home in 2012.
Working with CJ was an absolute pleasure and we couldn't be happier with the home we bought and also what we paid for it. During the time of our purchase, the market was extremely competitive and unpredictable. CJ helped us maneuver through it over the course of several months with confidence, expertise, and honesty. I can't remember exactly how many houses we viewed with CJ, but she was always patient. She would inform us immediately when a house that met out criteria was going to come on the market, and listened to our feedback in regards to what we were looking for. She was also extremely prompt in communication which was vital in this current market! When looking at homes, she asked sincere and genuine questions about our thoughts of the the space and layout of the home as part of her attempt to match us with something we would love. Even several months after the purchase of our home, she has continued to be an amazing contact for us in regards to referrals for contractors for renovation and maintenance work, and she even handled a potentially messy issue with a warranty on our new roof (installed by previous owner) while she was on vacation!
Her passion for selling us a house that would be a perfect home for our family of 5 to live in, grow in, and make memories in was outstanding! I would recommend CJ without hesitation to anyone looking for a home (I would recommend her to my own mother!) :) 5 stars all the way!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $850K in Novato, CA.
CJ did an amazing job helping us buy our first home. We had found ourselves in a sticky situation, with someone else that we felt was not acting in our best interest. Thankfully we parted ways with them and were put in touch with CJ. She did an excellent job of walking us through the process of buying a home as well as acting in our best interests the entire time. We could not be happier with her services and have recommended her to our friends in the area.

Cj did an AMAZING job for us with the recent sale of our home and it was a true pleasure to work with her. She is the utmost professional and pays attention to every detail, yet at the same time is relaxed and easy-going, with a wonderful way of making the most complicated issues seem simple. Cj is a master negotiator and we were confident at every step in the process that she was always representing our best interests. In a tough market, she not only got us multiple offers on our home, but also exceeded our expectations with our sale price. We would not hesitate to recommend Cj to anyone in need of real estate services, and when it comes time for us to buy or sell again, Cj will be the first person we call.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Eureka Valley / Dolores Heights / Castro, San Francisco, CA.
I have worked with CJ Spielman on a number of sales, and I find her nothing short of outstanding. CJ's years of expertise will provide any client with an edge in negotiations that mean real dollars. CJ operates with the highest level of integrity, and knows when the other side tries to take advantage of situations. Her negotiation skills are excellent, and her client satisfaction and retention are tops. This is due to Ms. Spielman's ability to complete efficient seamless transactions. Ms. Spielman knows Marin and Sonoma counties inside and out, and any potential seller or buyer would be hard pressed to find a better realtor. I recommend her services without reservation.

Sold a home in 2012.
CJ Spielman was assisting my parents, with the purchase of a single level home. CJ was able to find a perfect house for them, close to their existing residence and family, which turned out to be a short sale. After a home inspection, we discovered problems with the roof. CJ was able to renegotiate the banks asking price. She managed to get a full credit of $ 22 000 for a new roof. My parents were delighted with this turn of events. CJ went out of her way to accommodate the needs of my elderly parents. Every little change seems overwhelming at that age and CJ addressed all problems with incredible patience and understanding. With the purchase of the new house behind them, CJ listed their old residence for sale and was in negotiations with a potential buyer almost immediately.
She found several buyers within the first weekend the house was listed and sold it within the first two weeks. She was able to present the house, which has not been updated in many years, in a fresh and appealing manner. All her marketing material made the house look very desirable and sure helped generating multiple offers. In addition, the buyer was very demanding; the sale went smoothly and without any major disruptions to my elderly parent’s life. We are highly satisfied with CJ Spielman’s performance and looking forward to working with her again.
Besides her expertise and business acumen, she is an amazing person with excellent costumer service and people skills. Prompt responses to calls, calm and flexible demeanor, great listener and did I mention she is excellent at negotiation and mediation. She's so good! Her community connections with Novato run deep and she is incredibly knowledgeable regarding resources, references and recommendations. She even helped in the process of renting out our other property.
Thanks CJ, we could not have asked for a better person to work with and will recommend you forever more.
