i have got myself a beautiful house in Florida. It is a green home which means it lowers your bills AND makes the environment better. Now, I was worried that with the rental market out there I would have problems finding a tenant (the house is going to be my retirment plan). But my fears have dissolved right away. The house was rented out even before "For Rent" sign has been put out. Jeff is a man of his word. The way he told me in the beginning how much it would cost, how long for the work to be completed and even the mortgage payments, it all was amazingly correct. Thank you, guys! Definitely recommended.
