Lynn was great! Very patient and understanding, and answered all my questions. She pointed out the issues with houses and steered me clear of places she thought were not right for me; she wasn't just pointing out the good aspects and trying to get me to buy each place. She was very helpful during the negotiation process. After one home inspection that turned up a lot of unexpected problems she helped me get out of the deal and get my deposit back. Although the place I ultimately bought had three other offers on it, she guided me through the bidding process and helped me make the winning bid. I highly recommend Lynn!
