An award-winning NYC broker since 2005- Frank consistently ranked in the Top 1% of the country; but more importantly, he's garnered the trust, loyalty and respect of clients who would never use anyone else.

Cutting-edge market knowledge, expert marketing ingenuity and sharp negotiating skills make Frank a standout among his peers, and one of the most highly-regarded professionals in the business. He joined Town with a vision to raise the service bar even further for his clients, because to him their needs and satisfaction are always top priority.

A true man of action, Frank has an incredible drive and energy to help buyers and sellers reach their goals. His positive attitude and straightforward approach are the perfect formula for making the real estate process a seamless, stress-free experience. While he's closed many high-end sales downtown and is a sought-after townhouse specialist across Manhattan, that doesn't keep Frank from selling properties in every part of town.

Captivated by New York 20 years ago, Frank has lived, worked and owned property in the West Village, Chelsea and Brooklyn. Originally from the Netherlands, he's held great careers as a sales manager for a German company, modeling for top brands at exotic locations around the world, and running his own thriving Fashion Management Company that made dreams come true for many blossoming talents.

Frank speaks fluent English, Dutch and German. His passion for the people and properties of NYC inspired him to not only become an agent, but to pursue his own investments. Frank currently lives the downtown life, but you can see him scooting about town in European style on his Vespa.

Ratings & Reviews

As a first time buyer, I have to say Frank was just perfect. He guided me through every step of the process, and demystified it - which was critical as I had a great deal to learn.<br/><br/>He was particularly good at:<br/><br/>1) Zeroing in on what I could actually afford and helping to set my expectations. 2) At the same time, perservering and being patient with me as I held out for the best possible apartment (we saw a LOT of potentials). 3) Quickly educating me on market dynamics in NYC - which were rapidly changing as I began hunting in mid-2012, and are similar in 2013. 4) Being an excellent negotiator - when the right apartment came up, he ensured I was first to the punch, my bid was accepted immediately, and we were in contract in just 20 days. 5) Being honest if he thought an apt was not the right match for me, or if negotiations were spiraling into rip-off territory. 6) Not disappearing the moment the deal was done. He continues to be a great mentor as I embark on my renovation.<br/><br/>In addition to these core attributes, added pluses are that Frank is:<br/><br/>1) Really fun to work with - great sense of humor. 2) You get to ride around the city on the back of Frank's Vespa - speeds up apt viewing and is exhilarating! 3) Frank's assistant, Daniela, is also very efficient (and a sweetheart).<br/><br/>All in all, no reservations with Frank, and I fully intend to work with him again when I sell my new place in 5 years time!

Bought a Cooperative home in 2012 for approximately $725K in Chelsea, New York, NY.

As a first time buyer, I have to say Frank was just perfect. He guided me through every step of the process, and demystified it - which was critical as I had a great deal to learn.

He was particularly good at:

1) Zeroing in on what I could actually afford and helping to set my expectations. He continues to be a great mentor as I embark on my renovation.

In addition to these core attributes, added pluses are that Frank is:

1) Really fun to work with - great sense of humor. 2) You get to ride around the city on the back of Frank's Vespa - speeds up apt viewing and is exhilarating! 3) Frank's assistant, Daniela, is also very efficient (and a sweetheart).

All in all, no reservations with Frank, and I fully intend to work with him again when I sell my new place in 5 years time!

Bought a Cooperative home in 2011 in Chelsea, New York, NY.

Frank was a true pleasure to work with. My husband and I were first time buyers and from day one, we felt we were in capable hands with Frank. His industry knowledge and willingness to address any question or concern was much appreciated.

He showed us several listings in the area and price range that we requested. In fact, due to his precision, our decision to make an offer came much sooner in the search process than we anticipated.

Frank helped us navigate the process from start to end. I would highly recommend working with him!

Bought a home in 2012 in Lower East Side, Manhattan, New York, NY 10038.

I live outside the US and know very little about the housing market or how to purchase an apartment in NY. A friend introduced me to Frank and had it not been his commitment and exceptional support, it would have been very difficult for me to find and buy my new condo in a country and city I know very little about! In addition to spending many hours helping me identify a suitable apartment, he also very patiently guided me through the very intricate (and for me very difficult to understand) processes. He has always been very responsive, diligent and hugely pleasant. I enjoyed working with him very much and strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a hardworking, dedicated and pleasant real estate agent.  More Less
