I was asked "Why did I decide to get into real estate recently". It all started at a very young age. My mother is an artist. And I have always been fascinated by her ability to take a blank canvas and create something beautiful. She incorporated those creative abilities with every home our family built. My father was an officer in the military so Mom got a lot of practice every time we moved. That's when my love for homes started. And the many different things mom created to make what you saw in the homes we lived in pleasing to the eye. She later started her own construction company building custom residential homes all along the Hillsborough river. Homes that pushed the envelope when it came to unique one of a kind houses. I was fortunate to be a part of her company working with her designing the homes. And with the framing crew building the houses. And trimming out the interior of the homes with her. We would stay late and frame out fixed glass in the walls high up in the cathedral ceilings. And custom make hearths for the fireplaces, hang doors, nail baseboards and put up crown molding.

So when I work with buyers and sellers I can offer my expertise when it comes to how well a home is built. With sellers there maybe things we will need to address to make their home stand out among the other homes on the market. It creates a smooth closing when problems are fixed before an FHA appraiser comes out and tells my seller something needs repaired. Before the buyers lender will approve their loan. It makes me different than the average agent that just wants to sell a home. I care what buyers are going to call home it is truly a reflection of how well I do my job. And it helps build trust with my clients.

Along with both parents work ethics that are hard to find in this day and time. Make me a choice that you, your friends and all your family members should make when it comes to buying or selling real estate.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $75K in Kissimmee, FL.

Tom was very professional and informative with a personal flare. We had many questions and he was always available with answers. We referred him to our neighbors who felt the same. Thank you Tom for all you help.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Deltona, FL.

Tom contacted me first and was very knowledgable about pricing. I had originally listefdthe house for too much and he brought me documentation proving his point. As a consequence, the house sold fairly quickly. The process weny very smoothly.

Bought a home in 2011.

We starting working with Tom in 2010. We looked at properties for awhile then we stopped looking because of personal reasons. We began looking again in 2011 and found our home in November 2011. We closed on our house in March 2012 (because it was a new build).

We have found Tom to be professional and VERY reliable. We "clicked" with Tom on our first meeting. We feel he went above and beyond what he had to do in selling us a house. He was ALWAYS available and if he didn't know the answer to a question he made it his priority to find the answer.

One thing we liked about Tom was that he was never "pushy". He was very patient and made us take our time. We felt as if we were his only clients!
