Alex had an excellent plan in place to sell our home. I was very impressed with the pictures he took, the video he made and the plan for adverstisement. Our home was priced right and received a contract quickly (before he implemented his full plan). He was very helpful with helping us to find our current home within a short time frame. He was very attentive with my needs and wants and each property he showed us was better than the last... which left us with two homes which we struggled to make a decision. In the end we purchased a home in the neighborhood I always wanted at a good price.<br/><br/>In offering advice going further, I would encourage Alex to be a stronger negotiator for his client. There were some situations when I felt like he was trying to convince us to do what the buyer wanted rather than move forward with our wishes. I was looking for him to play a little more "hard ball" in negotiations.

I appreciate your feedback. I apologize if you felt at anytime that I was trying to convince you to do what the buyer wanted. As part of my job I have to present the buyers inspection request, my intention was not to make it seem like you had to make the repairs. I will be more aware of how I present the buyers request in the future. Thank you!
