Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Aptos, CA.

When I decide to look into buying my first house I called David Anderson. I knew him previously through other local business.

David met with me promptly after I expressed my interests. He referred me to a broker that was able to accomodate my financial needs and get me approved for a mortgage I was able to afford.

Upon beginning my search I was immediately faced with prices out of my budget based on where I wanted to live, between Santa Cruz and Aptos. I had only been looking for three days when a great property appeared in my search on David's website. It was in Aptos and it was within my budget. David was able to schedule a showing that day. Everything about the property met my needs. David explained the urgency of the situation as the house had only been back on the market for two days and was priced considerably lower than its worth.

Within 24 hours, David guided me through putting together an offer with all required documents. Approximately three days later the seller accepted my offer. As a short sale, David cautioned me not to get my hopes up and to continue my search.

Over the next weeks David checked in with me regularly; he provided me with updates from the sellers agent, the bank, as well as the market trends.

Not three months after my offer was accepted, David called to tell me the bank had accepted the short sale and I was officially in escrow. It was smooth sailing from there and David was there the entire way.

Buying my first house was easy and rewarding. David Anderson's knowledge in local Santa Cruz real estate, prompt replies and actions, as well as his ability to connect with seller's and their agents makes him the best choice in real estate in Santa Cruz County.

I refer all my friends and family to David.

Sold a Vacant Land home in 2012 for approximately $575K in Santa Cruz, CA.

If Dave and his partner Marvin had not come up to my hilltop with a great proposal,Isuspect Iwould stillbe sitting there- looking at the Ocean and wishing Idid not have so many chores at 67; and imagining my move from my home of 45 years.

They worked diligently and as it turned out- our buyer was right under their eyes-

The best kind of deal is always mutually beneficial; and I think this one is a good example. I am very happy in my new digs (Marvin represented me) and I know my buyers are thrilled.

Dave did an excellent job of helping us find properties that met our criteria. His knowledge and understanding of the market in Santa Cruz is impressive and helpful. I strongly recommend him.
