Dennis and Kathleen have been local homeowners in Bodega Bay since 1994 and exclusively selling real estate on the Sonoma Coast since 2000. Dennis is a Marin County native. He traveled the country and abroad pursuing his cycling career. Dennis's commitment to the sport rewarded him as a top national cyclist and was invited to the Olympic Training camp for the 1988 Olympics. Dennis moved on from the Olympic Training camp to racing for a French team until he retired from the sport in 1989. Kathleen is a Sonoma native graduating from UC Santa Barbara in 1988 with a bachelor degree in communications. Her first jobs out of college were in the investment banking industry. She worked for Hambrecht & Quist and Morgan Stanley. She left the industry in 1992, after marrying Dennis in December of 1991, to start their own businesses together. Dennis and Kathleen have been part of the Coldwell Banker brand since they started in the business in 2000 and became brokers in 2006. With their business background having started and sold three prior businesses their entrepreneurial spirit has allowed them to become Top 1% among NRT (Coldwell Banker's parent company) agents worldwide (over 45,000 agents) and received the "International President's Elite" award--an esteemed designation earned by only an elite few Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide.
