Tim helped me try and sell a house in the Sandy area while I was living out of state. Completing paperwork, remotely, was a breeze due to the 'e-signature' process he has at his disposal. He was very responsive and kept me informed as to buyer trends, market analysis and area 'comps' so that I could make informed decisions on the listing price, etc. He is very informed and answered all of my quesitons promptly and accurately.
