Victoria was very professional throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything to us from the beginning to the end. Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Valdosta, GA.
When we bought our first house, it was with Victoria. She was very knowlegable and walked us through each and every step. She told us what everything was for and what we should expect. Now, we are renting that same house with Victoria. Once we told her we needed a property manager, she explained how her services work, the fees, and what all she would handle. She was taking pictures of the house to put on the rental market, and keeping in touch with us to let us know about all the prespective clients. I could not imagine having to work with anyone else.
