    Welcome.  My name is Lee Taylor and I am the owner of Valley Property Inspections, LLC.  We are State of Nevada licensed and insured Inspectors.  We hold ourselves to a higher standard and our clients can be assured of receiving an unbiased opinion from a third party in a detailed written report that include photos.  We want you to be fully informed and safe.  In addition to our complete visual inspection, we check permanently installed appliances and hardware with the CPSC for any recalls.
