Vilma is an excellent real estate agent that cares about your needs and wants and your budget rather than trying to get you into the first house a realtor takes you to. You feel like you're working with a friend.
very professional when it comes to emails to you or the seller and loan officer. always remained professional even it was to fight for you to get the builder to fix things on the house.

Great customer service!!! I purchased my home in GA from WA state, which means I had to rely on Vilma's candid input, as a result I am happy with the home I purchased. The home was just as she told me it was. Thanks Vilma!
