Sold a home in 2010.
Vicky is very professional and responsive. She listed our house in Woodside and got it sold right away. I will work with her again in any of our real estate adventures.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.6M in Woodside, CA.
Bought a house in Woodside with Vicky as our agent, she did a great job throughout the process and helped us get it well below the asking price. And she's fun to work with, good sense of humor and is on top of all of the process related items which helped for a faster close. She is super responsive and focused, goes out of her way to help her clients, seems to know everyone in the area and has great connections and relationships with service providers who are needed in the process who work extra hard for her clients. Highly recommend working with Vicky if you get the chance.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $800K in Redwood City, CA.
1 year ago today Vicky helped me find a home to start a new life. I had a great time getting to know her throughout the house hunting experience. She was very knowledgeable and put me at ease throughout the whole real eatate experience. Anytime I wanted to see one of the many houses she sent me via email, she would come right out and show it to me. When we finally found the perfect house for my family, Vicky was able to negotiate a fabulous deal for me. I feel like without Vicky's ability to read the situation, and the skill to broker a great price I may not have gotten into such a great investment. I love this house, and I am glad to have found a lifelong friend in Vicky. I have recommended Vicky to all my family and friends.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $2.525M in Woodside, CA.
I actually worked with Vicky when I was a buyer and she was the agent for the seller. I did not have my own agent initially and so interfaced directly with Vicky for some time. She was excellent -- direct, knowledgeable, always accessible and most importantly she was honest.

I really enjoyed the experience and if she had not been involved, I am not sure that myself and the seller would have ultimately come to terms. But she was, we did, and we bought the house and could not be happier. If I were to sell a house or property in the future I would definitely consider using Vicky and I would strongly recommend her.

Last year my longtime Boyfriend was looking for a house, and the first name that came to my mind when I thought "Real Estate in Redwood City" was Vicky Costantini! Vicky is a close personal friend of mine....so I know how hard she works. Vicky went out looking for us...and with us, day after day....until we finally found the perfect home! Vicky negotiated an incredible deal, and we are very grateful for her strength at the Bargaining Table!

When we were looking for homes, we both felt as if she was looking for that perfect home for herself.... because as her buyers, she would point out the positives and the negatives....and never waivered with her honest opinion! We are VERY happy with the purchase of the home....and feel as if it is a little slice of Paradise!

Vicky is great at her job...and is clearly a lifelong and proud resident of the Peninsula! We both still often get together with Vicky for lunch or other functions, because it always so nice to see her and catch up!

Vicky will go the extra mile to make sure your house goes through. Doesn't matter if you are the seller or the buyer she will make it happen. Her knowledge of the area and people are outstanding. You could not find someone who has more honesty and integrity to represent you.

Bought a home in 2011.
As first time home buyers we didn't even know all that we didn't know! Vicky guided us through the process, educated us where needed, calmed us down when required and made the entire process of buying a home as smooth as it could be. As I write this I am sitting in a beautiful home with my family and owe it all to Vicky. I would have no hesitation at all about recommending her to anyone.

Bought a home in 2012.
We recently used Vicky as our real estate agent in purchasing a home in Woodside. It may not be possible to find a more responsive or proactive agent! When you want something, have an idea, need to get something done- she truly does not stop until you are satisfied (day or night might I add!). When we are in the market for our next home there is no question who we will go with! She is simply best of the best!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $600K in Redwood City, CA.
I stumbled upon Vicky at an open house, and knew that being a mom to teen boys and having a great sense of humor, she would get along with my husband and I well. We started working with her, and she was responsive and very patient with out first time buyer anxieties and inexperience. The home we purchased is perfect for us. She knew what we wanted, and even when there were mortgage difficulties (which I now know are common), she was constantly reassuring us that the house was ours, went back and forth with the sellers and even with a 50+ day close (rather than the 30 we had been told to expect), we got our amazing house. The bonus is we have gained a friend for life. Vicky doesn't collect a client list form her interactions, she collects friends from her clients.
