Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
My wife, son and I moved from Virginia to Florida. I was hesitant about selecting someone off the internet for something as important as buying our first home. However, from our first phone call through a smooth and easy closing, Vera was always one step ahead. She was a professional and hard working local expert. My wife and I did our research thoroughly yet she always impressed with her knowledge and expertise in both the home selection process and at the closing table. We had a whirlwind search and she kept up with us as we looked at over fifteen houses in the short weekend we had to find our home. She even looked at a couple houses for us when we needed a break.
Vera did an an excellent job helping us find the best house. After living in the area for a few months we are convinced we could not have made a better purchase.

My husband and I could not have asked for a better agent, Vera Koon was amazing! She found us our dream home. She is very knowledgeable and made sure that we knew what to expect during the entire buying process. Interviewed number of agents. Vera presented herself impressively. Genuinely appreciated being invited for an interview. Listened and absorbed our situation. Attentive to our wishes. Answered our questions, addressed concerns, offered knowledgeable advice and provided realistic expectations for a selling strategy.
Vera’s positive, encouraging manner coupled with realistic expectations in this otherwise dreadful real estate market for sellers was reassuring. The fact that we were relocating across the country immediately and would not be available in person for any of the process was a non-issue. She handled all phases remotely for us. And we mean all.
