Sold a home in 2012.
Vera was awesome from beginning to end. During our first meeting with Vera, she laid out her plan to sale the house. She had done her homework and knew how to prepare the house to sale. In that first meeting, she accurately predicted our sales price, amount of money we would receive in the end, and gave us a good idea of what needed to be done to make it happen. Unbelievably, within a few hours of listing the house we had an offer for the full asking price (one of the highest in our part of town). Our buyers ended up having issues financing with the company recommended by their agent. Vera being who she is, offered to help the buyers (not her customers) find financing after their agent failed them miserably. During the whole time it took to get the financing finalized, Vera was a blessing to have as my Realtor. She gave advice, got answers, and was always a pleasure to talk to.
