I tried using another broker to purchase a home, and it was clear that he wasn't responsive or as knowledgable as I expected. Being new to the area I googled "good real estate agents in the greater Seattle area", and the Vija team was recommended. I heard back from Sarah Elsasser very quickly, and she asked if we could get together at her office the next day so she could get a good handle on my wants/needs. I was staying at a friend's house and was an hour away from Sarah, so she suggested we meet at a Starbuck's near where I was staying.
Sarah asks a LOT of good questions to get a clear understanding on what I was looking for, and immediately began to send properties for consideration via their website. As I indicated houses of interest Sarah began to get a really good feel for my preferences (and why) and from there, we began to visit potential candidates. Sarah is highly empathetic and we were both on the same page as we looked at homes. Sarah works long hours and is always available by text, phone, or email; she's also very proactive and reaches out to you frequently.
We looked at eight homes, and we decided to make an offer. Sarah drove a good price on my behalf, impressive given the lack of inventory on the market. From there, Sarah used the customer service team @ Team Vija, and also pulled in financing/title/insurance ecosystem parters to make the entire process straightforward and seamless. You all know who you are.. THANK YOU!!!
From a buying perspective I can't imagine things going better than this, I can't recommend Sarah and her support teams highly enough.
