Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $675K in Yarrow Point, WA.
I have worked with Vija for the past ten years both personally and professionally. I find her invaluable. She is a realistic reasonable voice in a consistently volaital market. I value her experience, advice and would readily recommend her for buying or selling a home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Renton, WA.
I have had the pleasure of working with Vija on two separate home sales; both of which I have been extremely satisfied with. Initially, I needed help with a family estate sale and had two agents to choose from. Vija was one of these two. Both agents were likeable and worked for established reputable firms in the Seattle area. Having trouble deciding who to choose to represent us, I asked both agents to write up a business plan and family members scored the results. Vija won out with her exceptional attention to detail in all phases and included a timeline of events plus a plan for contingencies. I would not hesitate to recommend Vija Williams to anyone searching for a real estate professional to work with.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Kenmore, WA.
My husband and I owned a home in Kenmore, which sold just over a week ago. We had never before listed a home and didn't know what to expect. Vija was patient and took the time to educate us and was always accessible when we had questions. We were very impressed with her professionalism, expertise, and the smooth ride throughout the process. She comes highly recommended by two happy home sellers.

I have worked with Vija on a number of transactions. Vija is always very responsive and knowledgeable when ever I have a question. She has aways gotten back to me in a very timely manner and has always answered the questions I have for her. I would highly recommend Vija for any real estate transaction you may have, she is a wonderful real estate agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2004 for approximately $550K in Phinney Ridge, Seattle, WA.
Vija helped my husband and I when we moved from a townhouse in Fremont to a larger home in Phinney Ridge. She gave us "homework" which helped both her and us to understand what we were looking for, and encouraged us to look at as many properties (both online and in person) as we could to better get a feel for what each individual neighborhood could offer us personally.
She was able to guide us, based on the results of the homework and personal meetings, to a home in the perfect-for-us neighborhood. When it came to the actual act of purchasing, she helped us understand all the paperwork and was there every step of the way, ending with a wonderful welcome home basket the day we got keys to the house. It was an easy process, thanks largely to Vija.
Ultimately we also used her servies to sell the townhouse - which sold in less than 48 hours on the market, and closed two weeks later.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $650K in Redmond, WA.
In the past year, Vija Williams has been a buyer's agent for me on two properties. She came highly recommended, and she didn't disappoint. Vija is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She has years of experience. Her communications are timely and complete. She did the research on the types of properties in which I was interested. She made the process very simple for me. I'd gladly recommend Vija Williams, and will definitely choose her for any future real estate transactions.
