Its a rental! I receive calls everyday from people looking at a $300,000 home that they thin k is for sale for $2200! And most can even afford the $2200,LOL! Hopefully Zillow will correct this problem soon.

Foreclosures and short sales are bringing prices down in all areas in Tampa. It is also causing problems with appraisials.

An appraisal is the best option but if you do not want to spend $350 ask a qqualified Realtor to do a CMA for you. Let me know if you need help with anything?

You should not just walk away, try a short sale or other options before walking away and foreclose. Lender are going after owners who walked away.

I think we are close to bottom but do not see this market going up for many years to come. Until employment is stronger real estate will lag. I would sell if you do not want to rent for many years to come. Contact me with anymore questions.
