We worked with Vincent Barone, very professional. We were in the market for 2nd home so we were very picky on what we wanted. He provided details of the listings and possible price we can close so gave us good idea on home and housing market.
Always available for every steps of the process and to answer any question.
Also provided guidance on renting our home, It is like very good friend helping you out.

Christina and her husband VIncent just sold our house for us in Wesley Chapel in a very difficult real estate market. Vincent was available 24/7 to answer questions and give sold advice whenever needed. A very good experience in trying times. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Land O Lakes, FL.
It was a quick sale but a long, difficult road to closing. Christina and her staff stuck
with the deal and us to get it done. It took 5 weeks from the expected closing date for the buyer's loan to be approved. In the meantime, we put the house on the market and had another offer in two days. Suddenly, the other agent got busy checking on the approval needed to proceed, I believe, due to the threat of losing the deal.

Sold a home in 2012.
One word AWESOME!
In 2008 I moved out of state and needed to sell my home quickly, but because of the housing market at that time I was unsuccessful and disappointed with my experience. Four years later I reluctantly looked online to find a realtor that would be patient, informative and diligently work on my behalf. With a quick search and one phone call my life was changed forever. Since that day Christina and her team met all of my requirements and more.
Since I live in Washington, DC it was important for me to know what was happening at all times. Never once did feel abandon or neglected. They constantly kept me abreast of the progress with multiple offers and various other indicators that suggested I was their top priority. To my surprise, I believe we started the process in March 2012 and I received three offers with two weeks of signing a contract with Christina, and by June 2012 my home was sold.
Since I was selling my home as a short sale it involved additional team members that were just as impressive. Unity One Title company finished the deal and helped me to the finish line as well. I have Christina and her team to thank for their professionalism, confidence, diligence and tenacity. I will definitely refer all of my friends and hope to be a repeat customer in the near future!

Chris found our dream home and made an offer that saved us money. Chris and Vin marketed my house masterfully and sold it in three days after it went on the market.. I would highly recommend them to anyone.. They know their stuff!!!! Thanks Team Barone you guys are the best..

Sold a home in 2012.
Christina has been awesome... She assisted my family with the purchase of a new home and when we had a renter bail on us, we were forced to sell this property. Christina was able to list, show and sell the home. It was a short sale and took some time, but she stayed vigilant and made it happen. I would use Christina for any and all future real estate transactions and encourage others to do the same... Thank you Christina....

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Wesley Chapel, FL.
My wife and I worked with Vincent Barone. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Vincent used the best photographer in the business. The aerial view of the home with golf course – shot from a 60’ truck mounted pole – as well as the interior videos sold the home. We had a contract within 24 hours of listing. Team Barone’s sales office has the ultimate in visibility, being a storefront at the Shops at Wiregrass. The very quick sale of the home was of great benefit, but I wonder if it should have been priced a bit higher? We did not receive the appraised value, so don’t know if this really is an issue. Overall, we were pleased with Team Barone and would use their services again.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $50K in Hunters Green, Tampa, FL.
I normally don't write reviews, but I thought it only fair to write this one because I contacted Christina based solely on her positive Zillow reviews. I initially contacted Christina and asked to meet with her, and she responded the same day. We set up a meeting to meet at the property a few days later, and she arrived on time and had done her research on the property (e.g., comparables, etc.). We haven't had great luck with realtors over the years, but we were so impressed with Christina and Vincent that we decided to list with them that same day. We were not disappointed. She was very confident that the property would sell quickly (it was in great condition and we priced it aggressively), though we were skeptical given this terrible market. Just four days later, we received a call from Christina that we had a full-price offer, and we closed two weeks later. Those kinds of results - in the worst seller's market in a generation, no less - speak for themselves. We were so impressed, we asked her to list our home the following month after we had moved out. Before we had even listed the property, Christina called to say that she had an interested buyer, and we are currently under contract. Now that's impressive! We can't say enough great things about Christina, Vincent, and their staff, so if you're looking to sell in this market, we suggest you contact Team Barone! - The Kings
She and her team were always on top of the things, from the time we made an offer until we closed. She had great contacts that helped us close on the property despite the challenges we faced with the original lender.
She is very knowledgeable, understands client requirements and would help client find a right house and a lender.
We recommend her to all our friends and will work with her in future again.
