Sold a home in 2011.
Lauren DiMella on Mike DiMella’s team is the best realtor I could have possibly hoped for in helping me purchase my home.
She walked through the buying process and patiently sifted through endless properties with me. Her thoughtfulness and honesty were key to making my first experience with real estate seamless. Lauren was able to gauge what I needed in a condo, a lender and an attorney (a huge help in a making the closing quick and effortless).
I would highly recommend working with Charlesgate Realty as they provide the personal attention (fun!), knowledge, professionalism and patience that all buyers need.

Sold a Condo home in 2009 in South End, Boston, MA.
I worked with P.T. Vineburgh and Michael DiMella and their team at Charlesgate Realty in selling my one bedroom condo in Boston's South End. I was incredibly impressed with the service that I received from start to finish. P.T. was immensely helpful during the listing process arranging professional photos and virtual tours of our condo, and did an excellent job managing the one Open House that we hosted. All of the marketing materials that their team prepared from the listing sheets to advertisements were professionally done and represented our condo in a very positive light.
He also seemed to know exactly the right price to price our condo at and seemed to have an amazing feel for the market. We ended up accepting an offer just two weeks after we listed our condo, and it was for far more than we expected to receive, even though the time that we sold it was in a challenging market (October of 2009)
Then, P.T. continued to be a huge help with the logistics and other items that we had to deal with during the closing process of the transaction. He is incredibly responsive, answering every email or phone call almost immediately. He always seemed to respond to my questions quicker than I expected, and always had an answer for me as he is clearly an expert in the real estate industry.
P.T. is also incredibly friendly, thoughtful, honest, and is a genuinely good person that was a pleasure to deal with at all times. There is not a single complaint that I can think of regarding the entire sales process.
We definitely intend to use P.T. , Michael, and Charlesgate Realty's services the next time we are looking to purchase or sell real estate, or for any of our future real estate needs. We have worked with other brokers in the past and P.T. and his team's level of service and overall expertise in the industry surpassed everyone else that we have ever worked with. Michael DiMella and his partner PT Vineburgh sold a condo for us in the South End and did a fantastic job.
