My husband and I have bought and sold quite a few homes over the last 20 years. I was so shocked at how responsive Veronica was. She was so easily accessible by both phone and e-mail. I am a business owner with a really tight schedule and live 3 hours away from the second home that we purchased. She also handled all requests quickly, such as helping me get the elevation certificate, finding out the power company, etc. Now all of this was wonderful, but to put the icing on the cake she gave us a catered dinner as a house warming gift. The dinner was Saturday night and what a "special touch" I have never been treated to anything as a result of buying a home, so this was really, really unexpected and quite wonderful.
