Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Avon, OH.
Karin was able to sell our home quickly and "painlessly." She and her staff always immediately responded to our calls, emails, and any questions or comments we had. She is a professional in every sense of the word! We made a decision to trust her advice because of all the years of experience she has in real estate, and we are so glad we did! On top of that, she was kind and a delight to work with. We are very grateful to Karin and her staff and are very happy to recommend her.

educates sellers on the current marketplace and the best way to prepare your home
for showings and sales. Emails are answered within one working day with detailed information. I was amazed when my condominium sold within three months from listing. I was very pleased with all aspects of the service.

My wife and I would highly recommend Karen. Karin helped us with our search for our first home. She showed us a few houses but we ultimately decided to build a new home. She was very professional, and helped us throughout the negotiation phase all the way until the final walk through and closing. She also returned phone calls and emails right away. I would definitely work with Karin again.

Karin and her team far exceeded our expectations. Karin was aggressive with the list price of the house, compared to other quotes we got. And, despite the aggressive price, we had a signed contract within a week of listing. The entire process went smoothly, from listing to closing, and it was a pleasure dealing with Karin and her team. When they were not available to personally answer a question, they were quick to respond to voicemails that we left. In the future, when we are in need of a realtor we will definitely use Karin and will highly recommend her to family and friends interested in buying or selling a home. Karin and her team are just super. They made our house search and purchase easy, pleasant and successful. Karin was quick to learn our needs and guided us through a long list of houses and advised us as we narrowed down our search to the right type, size and house configuration we needed. She was quick and prompt to the extent that she would arrange for us to see a house within a few hours from our request. We originally picked Karin based on her reviews on Zillow and were very pleased with the service she provided. Even though we were not looking to move right away unless the perfect house came up, she was more than willing to show us any new houses that came up on the market that were similar to what we were looking for. We finally found a home and everything with the purchase went smoothly thanks to Karin and her team.

Karin, was by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. Karin works 7 days a week and returns every phone call we made to her. She not only knows real estate but she is such a nice person to top it off. Her assistant Dawn was wonderful as well and also answers all your questions.
