Bought a home in 2012.
I work for a real estate investment fund. That said, we are not an easy client to satisfy. We have very strict processes and analytical requirements on all transactions.
Vince has taken on the challenge and we are very happy with the results. He is providing us with potential purchase opportunities, coordinating property managers, contractors and legal end of all closings.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Orlando, FL.
Mr. Paige was responsive and helpful. He even helped us locate furniture to purchase and a repairman for repairs. I would recommend him.

Sold a Condo home in 2009 in Park Central, Orlando, FL.
Vince listed my home during a time when the market was down. We received an offer which fell through because the bank didn't approve the amount of the short sale. Vince continued working hard to find another buyer. The next potential buyer offered what the bank would accept and the deal was completed. This process took over a year only because we had to wait on the bank's approval. Vince's never gave up and kept me up to date with everything that was going on. In the end, he even negotiated a deal with the buyer that allowed me to stay in the place I was living and I now pay rent to the owner who purchased my place. He was always professional and is interested in the best interest of the client.
