Bought a home in 2011.
We worked with Christina Murray and she was amazing!!! We were on a short timeframe since we were relocating for work and trying to get in before Christmas. She was not a pushy agent because she truly cared about our best interests. She is a very detail oriented person that knows the level of quality that you deserve at your price range and is quick to give you the facts. Not only did Christina do a great job helping us find the perfect house, she helped every step of the way with the lending process. She is very thorough when reviewing important documents, which saved us from possibly having a later closing date. We closed on our dream home the weekend before Christmas and will not hesitate to refer Christina Murray and the Kerr Team!!

Wally and Cindy Kerr head up this phenomenal team of professionals who did a fantastic job selling my home.
From the first day to the last, each member of their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful! They answered every question along the way with expertise and gave me good guidance in making decisions.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Norman, OK.
We worked with Christina Murray, and we would highly recommend that any first time home buyer give her a call! We didn't have a clue about the home buying process and had only heard horror stories from friends. Thanks to Christina, everything went very smoothly. We ended up in a multiple offer situation, and it was Christina's expertise that got us the house!

Paul Henrion did an excellent job of helping us list our house and sell the house. He was also extremely helpful in finding the lot on which we build our new home. It could not have gone smoother. I would highly recommend Kerr Real Estate!

My fiance and I had the fortune to work with Scott Bacon of Wally Kerr Real Estate. As first-time home buyers, we were more than mortified at the prospect of buying a home. Scott not only made it extremely easy, he made the entire process fun and something we looked forward to. We felt extremely comfortable buying a home with Scott representing us. He was always ready to help at a moment's notice and went above and beyond on several occasions. If you're ever considering purchasing a home, I recommend this man wholeheartedly.

Sold a home in 2013.
We had the fortune of working with Jayne Smith, a realtor with Kerr Team. She worked diligently to ensure that our home was sold for top dollar. If I was to sell another home I would return to Kerr Team, and specifically Jayne, to help with the sell. Everything went as smooth as it could. Their marketing techniques ensured that their was constant traffic through the home increasing our chances for success. Thank you Kerr Team, and Jayne!!!

Helped me rent a Single Family home in Norman, OK.
We worked with Paul and he is a very informative, polite, kind, and respectful person. I would and will refer him to anyone I know that is looking for a house. Our process of buying a home was a wonderful and easy process. There was no stress what so ever and I really appreciate him and the time he took with us. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $50K in Norman, OK.
My wife and I worked with Brad Willard in our search for a new home. As first time home buyers, it was important to us to have someone working with us that knew the ins and outs of the homebuying process. Brad (and several times his wife was with him) was really great to work with - he was very knowledgeable about the process of buying a home and the areas that we wanted to look in, as well as a few we had not previously considered. More than that, he was patient in explaining things to us, and always had suggestions when we weren't sure how to proceed. His suggestions were always timely and helpful. He was truly a joy to work with, and made our home buying process much more enjoyable. I know that he worked hard for us, and did much for us without us even knowing it. We couldn't be happier with our decision to work with Brad, and would recommend him in the future.
