Bought a home in 2011.
We worked with Christina Murray and she was amazing!!! We were on a short timeframe since we were relocating for work and trying to get in before Christmas. She was not a pushy agent because she truly cared about our best interests. She is a very detail oriented person that knows the level of quality that you deserve at your price range and is quick to give you the facts. Not only did Christina do a great job helping us find the perfect house, she helped every step of the way with the lending process. She is very thorough when reviewing important documents, which saved us from possibly having a later closing date. We closed on our dream home the weekend before Christmas and will not hesitate to refer Christina Murray and the Kerr Team!!

Wally and Cindy Kerr head up this phenomenal team of professionals who did a fantastic job selling my home.
From the first day to the last, each member of their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful! They answered every question along the way with expertise and gave me good guidance in making decisions.

Wally is such a nice, professional, caring person. You just feel his genuineness. He really cares about the people whose property he is helping sell or buy. We have used Wally twice to sell homes in the past few years and will use him again in the future if we have any real estate needs. Each of his staff, that we dealt with, were so professional, kind and helpful. You knew they were on target to get your home taken care of.

We worked with RJ and he sold our house in less than two days and we got asking price, the whole process was very smooth and RJ was knowledgeable and helpful the whole way.
He answered every question we had quickly and honestly, we are very glad we picked him to sell out home, as we had interviewed several realtors before we chose who to list with.
We highly recommend him especially if you are a first time seller, or any one selling for that matter.

We worked with Christina Murray, and we would highly recommend that any first time home buyer give her a call! We didn't have a clue about the home buying process and had only heard horror stories from friends. Thanks to Christina, everything went very smoothly. We ended up in a multiple offer situation, and it was Christina's expertise that got us the house!

Paul Henrion did an excellent job of helping us list our house and sell the house. He was also extremely helpful in finding the lot on which we build our new home. It could not have gone smoother. I would highly recommend Kerr Real Estate!
