  After working as an excavating contractor for 17 years, helping people to develop building sites on uncleared land and seeing to individuals' excavating needs.  Warren chose to begin to work in the real estate world.

  Being a licensed builder is a definite advantage  when showing  houses.  Warren can help a buyer to find items that could be missed by someone that is not familiar with the building trades. Or can help a buyer to decide if a house would be adaptable to his or her needs.

  As a business owner Warren gave each customer 100%, completing each job as if it were for himself.  In real estate, Warren does the same thing, going all out for his sellers or buyers.  Trying to help them sell their homes as stressfree as possible or helping a buyer to find 'that perfect home or property'.     Warren is ready and able to go that extra mile to do what needs to be done!
