General Information

I am involved with Gardenhill Elementary School to raise money for the American Heart Association. My parents, Paul and Susie Nass, brought us to La Mirada in 1971. I grew up near Kling Center and have a younger brother named Mark and sister-in-law Suzy. I currently live in La Mirada. My wife, Cathy Lee, and I were recently married on August 15th 2004. I am a proud stepfather of three grown children and grandfather to nine. I still seem to spend most of my time at work and on the computer.

My office is located behind Wells Fargo Bank in the Albertsons Shopping Center near the award winning La Mirada Theater for the Performing Arts at 15058 Rosecrans Avenue, La Mirada, CA 90638. We are the only La Mirada Century 21 office.

Sold a Single Family home in 2002 for approximately $450K in Fullerton, CA.

Gentlemen: Warren Nass handled the purchase of our current home at 130 Marion Boulevard, Fullerton, California. We would like to express our appreciation for the professional manner in which the entire transaction was handled. His assistance in selecting the right price to bid and subsequent counter as well as negotiations and efforts involved with correcting shortcomings disclosed by the inspection. Bought a Other home in 2012 in La Mirada, CA.

I have worked with Warren over a 10 year period. Bought two and sold one house over that time. He has a vast experience working in the area and is incredibly helpful in sorting through suitable floor plans, neighborhoods, schools etc. that are within your price range. When I was searching for my new house, Warren was very helpful, patient and generous with his time throughout the process. He was available to answer any question I had (and I had plenty of questions the first time I bought a house), and helped me think through several issues such as price negotiations, house integrity, potential upgrades and costs among others. The escrow process was similarly efficient and I felt well-informed along the way as he took the time to explain each nuance of the agreement and listened to my reservations / requests and diligently worked to get them addressed.

I would strongly recommend Warren to everyone. You will have a hardworking, trustworthy and knowledgeable guy working on your behalf who will make the usually hectic house buying / selling process a pleasant experience.
