I have worked with Warren over a 10 year period. Bought two and sold one house over that time. He has a vast experience working in the area and is incredibly helpful in sorting through suitable floor plans, neighborhoods, schools etc. that are within your price range. When I was searching for my new house, Warren was very helpful, patient and generous with his time throughout the process. He was available to answer any question I had (and I had plenty of questions the first time I bought a house), and helped me think through several issues such as price negotiations, house integrity, potential upgrades and costs among others. The escrow process was similarly efficient and I felt well-informed along the way as he took the time to explain each nuance of the agreement and listened to my reservations / requests and diligently worked to get them addressed.
