I contacted Erin on a Saturday night to inquire about buyer's agent services. She responded in about 5 minutes! She is very communicative, does a ton of legwork, knows a lot about county zoning and building requirements, etc. We're working with her currently to buy a home with property to build on for equestrian type uses and she knows her stuff. Would recommend her highly! She's helped us get our offer accepted on a home - the deal isn't done YET so I can't say yet that she helped us *purchase* a home, but I'll be updating my review when it is final!

Sold a Single Family home in 2008 in Oregon City, OR.

Erin's business ethics, she always takes care her clients best interest. Plus she has a really great personality that makes the business transaction so much easier.
