Who the Heck is Wayne Salmans???

I don’t believe there is any such thing as a perfect Realtor, and I don’t believe in promises I can’t keep, so I’m not going to tell you that I am “the one for you!” There’s a million personalities out there and a lot of great workers in this field that may or may not be compatible together. What I WILL do is tell you what I’m all about and let you make the decision. The most important thing, after-all, is that you are happy and comfortable with your Real Estate endeavors. You are the best judge of who can make that happen for you.

I’m a young man in my mid-20’s. At first I thought that people would find this a drawback, but I’ve discovered it’s actually had the opposite effect. My clients appreciate my youth. It gives me energy and drive. I work hard, and with a fresh perspective. I am great with First Time buyers because, in general, I understand what the younger generation is looking for and finds important. In just a few years I have risen to be ranked among the 5 top producing Realtors in the Matanuska Valley. My work speaks for me.

I love my job. My wife always laughs at me because I am the only person she knows that is excited about another day in the rat race! There are few things more fulfilling to me than helping my clients and closing a deal that I’ve put a lot of sweat into. I’m never bored and love this work.

I have been a licensed contractor and have worked for Several builders and also on my own. Construction was the first trade I learned at 16 and I have been dipping in and out of the field since then. I know what it takes to build a good and safe home. I help my clients know what to look for when it comes to health and safety codes, sound structure, a good foundation, and the over-all design of the home. The builders that I work for also find this a strong point because I understand the time constraints they face, the kind of customers they are looking for and the need to make a profit.

In my opinion, my best feature is that I work for my clients first, then for a paycheck. I’m not going to lie and say that money is not important. I have a beautiful wife and son that depend on me for a paycheck. The difference is, I won’t sacrifice my clients for a paycheck. I want those I work with to have a rewarding Real Estate experience. I want to not only give them a roof over their heads, but to do it in an affordable and safe way.
