Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Worcester, MA.
I had the utmost positive experience working with William Brown to find my very first home. I had a pretty extensive list of "wants" and not exactly the largest budget around. I was very new to the whole process and didn't even understand the basic lingo at first but consider myself to be extremely more knowledgable now that the process is over thanks to Mr. Brown. Mr. Brown did an excellent job of pointing out my options and making me aware of different aspects in the process that ultimately saved me money, found me my dream home, and made my extensive house search as positive an experience as it could be. Excellant man to work with!!!!! Willing to go the extra mile for you and very flexable with times to meet for showings! If i was to call him monday afternoon he would have the house ready for me to look at monday night! Very quick and assertive! Anytime i was available to look at a home he made sure he was as well!
