working with buyers...I want to make sure my clients are ready to write an offer. Many buyers are looking online today and have been shopping for their new home for months before we meet. Sometimes the 1st or 2nd house is the dream home, I like to educate my buyers to make them feel comfortable with the process before it starts. I suggest preapproval with a lender before looking to confirm that monthly payments line up with purchase price expectations. A smooth transaction is my goal!
