    Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Inverness, FL.

    I have loved and been curious about real estate since I was a small child.  From Secret Garden to Monopoly, expressway construction to demolition, I find real estate, the ways people use it, and a sense of place as complicated and diverse as a kaliedescope.  When I work with Buyers, I try to replace my personal preferences with those of the Buyer. Then I use my experience to shop for that particular Buyer.  I vicariously enjoy the satisfaction the Buyers feel the day they move in without having to lift the first box! !
