Noemi Cardoso helped my husband and I buy a second home in Westport, MA. We had been looking for a summer home in a beach community for several years. When we met her we immediately felt that we had found someone who could understand our taste and what this long-held dream meant to us. She was generous in many ways: in her willingness to show us many houses, her agreeability in driving to other communities (one two hours away), her helpfulness in setting up another showing of the house so our adult daughter could see it as well. She was extremely responsive, always available, and made us feel cared for through the entire process.
When we found our house and made the offer she was on top of every detail throughout the purchasing process. She is professional, knowledgable, warm, and a wonderful person to work with. Noemi made what can be a stressful process feel managable.
