It means that te seller is selling the house for less that he/she owes the bank. The bank or banks will have to approve the short sale. The process can take a while but if you are in no rush can be a ciable way to buy a home.

CLick on the My Agent HUD icon (Top right corner of your page), chose listings, identify the listing you want to add photos, click on Edit under the Action tab, scroll down the page and you will see Update and Edit Photos of this Home. Post your pictues (makes sure to follow size reccomendation). You can post as many pictures you want, also this is where you post your virtual tour. Once your pictures are posted (it can take up to 48 hours for the pictures to show you can go back and move them around and edit. Hope this helps.Good luck with your listing.

It can take a couple of days to update from Postlets.
Sign into your account, go to listings under My Agent Hub tab (Top right corner of the page) click on Listings. There you will see all your listings, to the right of the tab on the listing you want to change click on edit under the Action Tab. Right on the top (maybe 4 boxes from the top) you will find the Virtual Tour link box, just delete it. Good luck.

Marjorie, you can either wait for zillow to update with your local mls or you can sign into yoru account click on My Agent HUD go to listings picke thelisting you want click on edit listing and update the information manually. Also if you use postlets it will update automatically for you once you cange your postlets.Good luck on selling the property.
Sign into your account, click on the top right on your page My Hud , choose your listing and where you see the active status to the right there is an option to edit click there and change to rented. If you do notr have an account contact customer service and they can change the status for you.
