About Katie Wethman

In addition to being a REALTOR in VA, DC, and MD, I'm also CPA and an MBA, and that's important because your home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make.

Prior to becoming a full time agent, I worked for the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac), Corporate Executive Board, and Deloitte Consulting. I've called Virginia home for 15 years, working in both Northern Virginia and Washington, DC.



I focus my practice on assisting clients with residential and investment transactions, with a particular specialty in working with "first time" buyers and sellers. My background in finance and executive education assists me in walking my clients through the process from "soup to nuts" so that they understand the risks and rewards of home ownership. I frequently teach educational seminars designed for first time buyers in Arlington County.
