As a long time client of Mr. Weygandt’s, the realistic master with extensive expertise, I am getting sick viewing all the hostile reviews from those rejected leasing applicants. Strictly speaking, most of the hostile reviewers are not even Mr. Weygandt’s clients. They posted the negative retaliating reviewers simply because they failed to pass Mr. Weygandt’s high standard for getting the best possible tenants for his clients, the property owners. In my opinion, the rejected applicants’ complaints exactly testified Mr. Weygandt’s professionalism in representing his landlord client’s best interests. What a better realistic professional can a landlord ask? As a property owner and an actual client of Mr. Weygandt’s, I am impressed with his expertise and service in handling property leasing. For one thing, he only selects the best tenants with demanding qualifications to protect the landlords. Furthermore, he not only just brings in high end tenants in a fast fashion through his extensive network, but also provides legal and property management advice to landlords from property owner liability to property maintenance and updating consultation. Found a tenant for a home in Kileville, OH 43064.

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $175K in Groveport, OH.

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. My husband works a lot so Jim had to be my second set of eyes during the process. He was very honest and upfront with me, pointing out the good and bad of each house and also each neighborhood. He went to war for us when needed, expecially during finance. We will always recommend Jim whenever the house buying or leasing conversation comes up. Thank you Jim, for helping us find the perfect house!!

Bought a home in 2014 in Kileville, OH 43064.

Jim is a true master of Dublin area Real Estate market.

He is very knowledgeable and often offers very insightful advice on everything Real Estate wise. Moreover, he is very professional and always thinks in the shoes of his clients. Furthermore, Jim not only helps clients with real estate process, but also provides a Real Estate solution package to meet their needs with his unique network and expertise. For example, he never suggests a buyer to purchase a property for the purpose of purchasing.

I wish I had met Jim earlier. Thanks Jim for the fantastic job done.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Lamb Corners, OH 43016

I emailed him regarding a rental On two ocassions. It took weeks to respond to emails and was rude when responded. I would not use him or recommend him to any of my friends.

As a basic matter of safety, as a father and husband, when a RENTAL prospect declines to provide necessary background information prior to viewing a property, I must unfortunately decline the appointment. In other cases, in representing property owners, I must unfortunately decline tenant prospects because they fail to pass our rigorous background checks. I know that these situations can be very frustrating and upsetting, especially to irrational persons. I am sorry I could not acquiesce to your demands, however, my CLIENTS are very pleased with my expertise and service.

I am a military veteran who recently relocated to Ohio (my home state) and have been actively looking for a rental home for my family and I. Several of the properties in which I was interested were being managed by Jim Weygandt. My wife and I have contacted Jim many times about several properties. However, he only responded once and that conversation entailed him telling me about how qualified he was as opposed to educating me about the property for which I was calling. Furthermore, my wife and I happened to come across a property that seemed to be holding an open house. Coincidentally, Mr. Weygandt was actually showing the home to a couple. I reluctantly asked if I may do a quick walk thru as not to disturb the showing. Mr. Weygandt's first remark was "Take off your shoes." His demeanor and facial expressions (not to mention the jean shorts, t-shirt, and ball cap he was wearing) were unprofessional and unwelcoming. In the many years I have used the services of a real estate professional (in numerous states), Mr. Jim Weygandt has been the least professional of all. However, because he speaks Japanese (as he is quick to tell you). . . apparently, this is all that matters.

We were moving here from out of state. Relocating our entire family. We contacted Jim due to the fact that he was all over as far as representing several potential properties we would be interested in. He never returns calls. He was very hard to get in touch with and would not even try to recommend someone else that maybe could help. Definitely would not recommend him.

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Lewis Center, OH.

Very knowledgeable of the current market. This guy just gets the job done, isn't that the most important thing? He showed my place to 1 person and closed the deal. He does his due diligence on who would like what kind of place before scheduling the viewing. Great guy to work with, I highly recommend Jim.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Summit View Woods, Shawnee Hills, OH 43065

Took several initial phone calls to even receive response regarding property. Would not retun phone calls or emails after application was submitted and never returned application fee. Never received any sort of acknowledgment of receipt of application or status of application acceptance. Several follow up calls/emails from me were ignored. Property was rented to another tenant with no communication to me after application was submitted.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $250K in Dublin, OH.

We have been working with Jim for over a year to find the right house and just recently closed on its purchase. After we closed on the house, Jim provided expert advice on upgrades that would enhance the value of the property and even personally helped us with a couple of minor problems that the home inspector missed.

We have been very impressed with his knowledge of the local real estate market and would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family.

Helped me rent a home.
