I had a great experience refinancing with Paul Gowan and Willamette Falls Financial. They were very responsive every time I had a question. As part of the process we discovered a serious error on our credit report and Paul and Jaime worked with us to get it fixed. I would definitely use them again and refer a friend.

Paul and his processor Jaime were very thorough and timely in there responses. This was our second refi in two years..My previous experience was good (another broker) but I would say Williamette Falls was more professional. The rate was competetive for a 30 year fixed and I would recommend Paul and his team for any of your mortgage related needs.One thing I would say underwriters have become even more stringent in there requirements over the last two years making Pauls job even more demanding! pc and mc.

Our family has done multiple transactions with Paul including Jumbo, Non Jumbo, and second home financial needs. I was in this business many years ago so I am specific about what I want in an advisor, he is right on the money. Never pushy, always looks at each transaction individually, and clearly has a good network around him. Highly recommend.

In a word, I'd describe Paul Gowen's work and service as "Exceptional". I have purchased several homes and re-financed a number of times thoughout the years, and I can honestly say that after working with Paul, that I will never even consider working with anyone else again. Paul always picks up his phone when I call, and he takes the necessary time to provide thorough explanations and asnswers all questions... I never once felt rushed or that I was bothering him with my questions. I should also note that I've been very impressed with Paul's knowledge and instincts about the market. He gave great advice and he timed the market beautifully in order to get me the lowest possible interest rate. In every transaction that I've done with Paul, he has been professional, thorough, patient and has made the process easy for me while also ensuring that we locked in the best rates. I now consider Paul Gowen not only the best mortgage broker I've ever worked with, but I also think of him as a friend!

My husband and I worked on with Paul to procure a VA loan. We were in a spot because we were currently staying in temp housing and wanted to close as soon as possible. The process went perfectly! We closed in a short 30 days. The team of support Paul has is wonderful too. Paul is extremely knowlegable and intricately versed in the subtly nuances and intricacies of the process.
