 Our office is in Stow, and we service the following areas within 30 minutes of our office: Stow, Hudson, Cuyahoga Falls, Munroe Falls, Silver Lake, Tallmadge, Mogadore, Northampton, Macedonia, Twinsburg, Sagarmore Hills, Northfield, Northfield Center, Boston Heights, Peninsula, Akron, Bath, Fairlawn,Copley, Green, Norton, Richfield, Streetsboro, Kent, Aurora, Wadsworth, Medina.

I have been a full time Realtor since 1988.  I was one of the top Realtors in the state of Ohio for a large national real estate organization during the 1990's.  My wife, Mary, and I started Penney Real Estate Company in February of 2001. 

Unlike most of the large real estate companies who gain market share by employing lots of average Realtors, who sell 5-10 homes a year each,  we have gained market share by providing our clients with a much higher level of experience and service who, in turn, refer us to their friends and family members. 

I am more effective because I work harder and invest in my business!  The average days on market for my listings and my list price versus sale price ratio are better than most agents because I have more experience and I am dedicated to success.

Everyone talks about service these days.  But here is the difference:  I have  27 years of experience selling lots and lots of houses!  I understand our local market, the buying and selling process, and I know how much homes are worth. I also understand how important communication is. 

We make keeping our clients informed from start to finish a huge priority.   An informed client is a happy client.  A happy client will refer us to their friends. It's quite simple.   Few things are more annoying to me than having to hunt someone down.  Our clients never have to hunt us down!

Also,  unlike most Realtors who handle all aspects of the real estate transaction by themselves and spread themselves thin, I have a fantastic support team. 

BUT... our team works differently than most: 

Many really productive Realtors have several buyer agents and listing managers who they assign their clients to.  Those team members are the ones who work with the buyers and sellers, and the transactions are listed under the team leader's name .  So, often times the buyers and sellers don't actually work with the team leader at all! 

I work with ALL of my buyer and seller clients, period. 

Our showing agent, Rebecca, shows our buyer clients homes, but once a home is identified the buyer works with me directly, and I handle the negotiations and the purchase process. 

Our client service manager, Tina,  helps with our seller and buyer clients during the marketing and closing process, but the seller works with me during the contract, negotiation and selling part of the process. 

This way, our buyer and seller clients benefit from working with our group, but I am always the one who oversees the important parts of the buying or selling process, and I work directly with every one of our clients.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $200K in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.

Will Penney is highly recommended. He is thorough and sets realistic expectations with his sellers. He is also patient and takes the time that is necessary to explain procedures and requirements of the selling process. We were extremely satisfied with Will selling our home!

Sold a Condo home in 2015 in Stow, OH.

My mother's condo had to be sold & Penney Realty was the BEST! They work hard and get the job done! Both Will and Tina were knowledgeable and enthusiastic! They readily kept me informed of activities and patiently answered all of my questions. Will did a thorough search of comparable sales in the area and was able to discuss options about why some sold & others might not be selling. He listened to my needs and expectations to decide on a reasonable price and the condo sold in 2 to 3 weeks! I would highly recommend Penney Realty to anyone looking to sell property!
