 Our office is in Stow, and we service the following areas within 30 minutes of our office: Stow, Hudson, Cuyahoga Falls, Munroe Falls, Silver Lake, Tallmadge, Mogadore, Northampton, Macedonia, Twinsburg, Sagarmore Hills, Northfield, Northfield Center, Boston Heights, Peninsula, Akron, Bath, Fairlawn,Copley, Green, Norton, Richfield, Streetsboro, Kent, Aurora, Wadsworth, Medina.

I have been a full time Realtor since 1988.  I was one of the top Realtors in the state of Ohio for a large national real estate organization during the 1990's.  My wife, Mary, and I started Penney Real Estate Company in February of 2001. 

Unlike most of the large real estate companies who gain market share by employing lots of average Realtors, who sell 5-10 homes a year each,  we have gained market share by providing our clients with a much higher level of experience and service who, in turn, refer us to their friends and family members. 

I am more effective because I work harder and invest in my business!  The average days on market for my listings and my list price versus sale price ratio are better than most agents because I have more experience and I am dedicated to success.

Everyone talks about service these days.  But here is the difference:  I have  27 years of experience selling lots and lots of houses!  I understand our local market, the buying and selling process, and I know how much homes are worth. I also understand how important communication is. 

We make keeping our clients informed from start to finish a huge priority.   An informed client is a happy client.  A happy client will refer us to their friends. It's quite simple.   Few things are more annoying to me than having to hunt someone down.  Our clients never have to hunt us down!

Also,  unlike most Realtors who handle all aspects of the real estate transaction by themselves and spread themselves thin, I have a fantastic support team. 

BUT... our team works differently than most: 

Many really productive Realtors have several buyer agents and listing managers who they assign their clients to.  Those team members are the ones who work with the buyers and sellers, and the transactions are listed under the team leader's name .  So, often times the buyers and sellers don't actually work with the team leader at all! 

I work with ALL of my buyer and seller clients, period. 

Our showing agent, Rebecca, shows our buyer clients homes, but once a home is identified the buyer works with me directly, and I handle the negotiations and the purchase process. 

Our client service manager, Tina,  helps with our seller and buyer clients during the marketing and closing process, but the seller works with me during the contract, negotiation and selling part of the process. 

This way, our buyer and seller clients benefit from working with our group, but I am always the one who oversees the important parts of the buying or selling process, and I work directly with every one of our clients.

Will was recomended to us by a freind when we decided to sell our house. Will came over, gave us the details about the entire selling process, he got us the local area sales realted to similar houses, he explained us the importance of correct pricing and how that would impact the sale and its timing. He also gave an upfront estimation of what gets involved, this eliminated the last minute surprises for us. As being a first time seller, I was panicky and didnt know what to expect. However Will gave me timely inputs and guided me thru the entire process.

Bought a home in 2015 in Northampton Center, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223.

Will did a good job of lining up houses to see. He was quick to contact the sellers agent during the buying process. He had a good sense of what to expect at a given price point.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $875K in Hudson, OH.

Both Tina White and Will Penney were very supportive in our pursuit of a new home. Having spent the last 23 years in our home we were not sure of the process and procedures that we needed to follow. Tina and WIll went WAY OVER the top to ensure that we were viewing homes in our comfort zone, ensured that we were making sound decisons as both buyers and sellers and really just walked and guided us through the whole process. Will and Tina both helped out in getting our existing home on the market - priced it to sell and had offers for us within 24 hours after it being listed. The rest of the process from inspection to closing was a snap and that was due to the professionalism and caring nature of the both of them. We worked real clsoe with Tina and she was just so wonderful and helped greatly with everything we needed or with any questions we had.
