Wendy is very professional. She was able to do the right reserch to market the property at the correct price, that resulted in a fast sale. Also the web site with the vidio worked great!

Wendy was a great help to us when we were selling my dad's house on Martha's Vineyard. She helped us explore alternate sales areas, and that resulted in our selling my dad's house in a slow market.

Bought a home in 2012.
Wendy Harman is the ultimate in Agents. She is smart, personable and knows her product. When we bought our home she met us at the ferry and was our own personal driver. I have owned homes before but never have I had such a pleasant experience purchasing and closing. I would recommend Wendy anytime, she knew what we were looking for and found the perfect home for us.

Working with Wendy Harman and interacting with the others at Point B Realty was a pleasure, and a success. With general guidance as to what I was seeking, over a several month period Wendy helped me tremendously in visiting homes, learning about neighborhoods and areas on the island, and narrowing down possibilities. And when I was ready to purchase, Wendy deftly moved to make it happen, applying a professionalism and set of negotiating skills that were impressive. Wendy is extremely patient, knowledgable and most importantly professional. She has a deep understanding of the island and how to help facilitate the right transaction, not just any transaction. Bought a Single Family home in 2008 in Edgartown, MA.
Wendy Harman was my buyer's agent when I purchased a home in Edgartown in 2009 and continues to act as my rental agent today. I honestly believe I would never have been able to purchase a home on Martha's Vineyard without her advice and expertise. Wendy crunched the numbers for me and demonstrated how someone with a modest income like myself could well afford to own a home on the Vineyard by using the rental income to help offset the carrying costs. She then used her extensive knowledge of the rental market to weed out homes that would not fetch a premium rent, and direct me to homes that would. When we finally found the home I wanted to purchase, Wendy was instrumental in making the deal go through, while always making sure my best interests were paramount. Wendy and her associates at Point B Realty continue to work diligently and professionally in helping me rent out my home today.

For many years Wendy has helped us find wonderful rental homes on Martha's Vineyard. She has always been extremely helpful and very accommodating, with a personal touch. This year we decided to consider purchasing a home, which we thought might take a while. Well, we found a home we loved and Wendy was amazing helping us get through a pretty complicates sales process. It didn't help that for a chunk of the time we had to travel out of the country on business! Wendy kept us focused and on track to purchase our dream vacation home.

Wendy Harman is outstanding. Very professional and responsive. Wendy helped us identify and negotiate the purchase of a home, and then subsequently has helped us rent the home. She was on top of all the details, and played a key role in the final negotiations. Her market knowledge is outstanding, and she was very helpful & responsive in all aspects of the purchase (e.g. inspection, negotiation, etc). Wendy also has the highest integrity (i.e. honest, trustworthy, etc). I wouldn't use anyone else.
