Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Merrill, WI.
We have worked with Tim for over 3 years looking for what is to us the perfect property. He must have shown us over 75 homes in that period but he always maintained a professional attitude and was ready to find more properities that fit the profile we were searching for. He finally located the property we bought on Craig's List of all places where the owners were tryhing a for sale by owner effort and he convinced them to do a single party listing which benefited us all.
